Payment & Insurance Information
Dr. Brown is an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO/POS plans, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Blue Choice PPO/POS, and Aetna PPO, POS, and HMO plans. Many other insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of your session cost. Self-pay clients are warmly welcomed.
Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by credit card. Investing in your mental health is one of the most meaningful steps you can take — and Dr. Brown is committed to making that process as smooth as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee. Your time — and Dr. Brown’s — is valuable, and this policy helps ensure availability for all clients.
