Payment & Insurance Information
I am an in-network provider with all Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO/POS plans, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Blue Choice PPO/POS, Medicare, and Aetna PPO, POS, and HMO plans. Many other insurance plans have out-of-network benefits for providers who are not in-network, which will reimburse a portion of the cost of the appointment. Self-pay clients are also accepted. Payment is due at the time of services and may be made via cash, check, or credit card.
If you have insurance, I will be happy to check the details of your benefits before your first visit. I will do my best to provide you with your deductible and/or co-payment amount in advance. As health insurance companies remind you, coverage quoted is not a guarantee of payment. If your insurance does not pay, you are ultimately responsible for all fees. However, I have found that this is seldom a problem.
Ultimately, I make it easy for you to use your health insurance. You simply pay your deductible or copayment at the time of each appointment and I do all the rest. The cost and time participating in therapy is an investment in your well being, I am committed to doing whatever I possibly can to make it well for you.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
